All our servers use redundant disk arrays and we also create weekly secure backups for all our customers. We do however recommend our customers keep regular backups.

Ofcourse! We use OpenVZ as our main virtualization technology, this means you will get complete control over your server, just like you would if it was a dedicated server!

What performance can I expect from your services?

Do you oversell?
Answer

No, unlike many hosts our business plan does not involve overselling of resources. We use OpenVZ as the virtualization technology and we never assign more 80% of the node's physical RAM to Virtual Machines to guarantee that your server's memory is actual RAM and not just swap!

Can I upgrade my server?

Ofcourse and the beauty of it is that you can upgrade your VPS on the fly without even the need to reboot and have downtime! Or if you want to downgrade your server simply open a ticket and we'll assist you to find a plan that fits your needs!

Can I manage my VPS from a website?
